The Annual General Meeting of the Otago Goldfields Heritage Trust, Inc will be held on Friday June 25 at the Centennial Court Motor Inn, 96 Centennial Ave, Alexandra, commencing at 7.30pm.

At the conclusion of the meeting short presentations will be given by Martin Anderson, President of the Trust and Terry Davis, Cavalcade and Events Coordinator.

Members should note that if they wish to move a resolution at the AGM then notice is required to be sent to the Secretary not less than seven days before the date of the meeting.

A ‘Historic Pub’ crawl from Alex to Naseby, a bit of curling and socialising in the evening at the Ancient Britton Hotel then a few more points of interest on the way back to Alex for lunch. This is a bus trip although you can follow along in your own car if you wish – come along for the full trip or just partake in the bits of it you have time for.
